“With CSneovias’ help the British Council designed and implemented a flexible SLcM course booking mode, which we call ‘Rolling Registration’. This development allows us to offer our students the possibility of booking and paying for classes on a day by day basis, with the possibility of scheduling in study breaks. The development impacted on many of our core SLcM processes and involved us working very closely with our lead consultant from CSneovias; Yingzhi Liu. From the very beginning, Yingzhi and his team took the time to listen and respond to our requirements. We had several meetings to discuss our requirements and to make sure the specifications for the final product were fit for purpose. After initial implementation of the solution in our Tokyo teaching centre we received very positive feedback from the pilot users.
